Motivational Coaching Program
Twelve (12) one hour sessions with a certified coach. Three (3) times a week for your first month.
- This is hands on. Your coach will be there to teach, assist and motivate your success.
- Your coach will teach you the PNF technique and help you actually do the stretches.
- You'll learn how to do the exercises correctly and the coach will push you to make real progress.
- You'll set goals that take you past the pain and into a fit lifestyle.
- When you complete the initial sessions you and your coach can determine how you want to proceed.
