Stage 1
It's just starting to hurt.
If I stand up for too long my leg starts to burn.
When I walk very far I have to sit down and stretch a bit.
Sometimes it feels like a cramp in my calf, or a burning in my butt.
After a lot of walking or standing I even feel pain in my lower back.
Can I fix this - on my own?
Stage 2
Now the pain is only on one side of my body.
Sometimes it feels like pins and needles are poking me - usually in the foot, calf, back of the leg or butt.
When I lay down and stretch it helps but the pain doesn't immediately go away.
If I sit all day the pain radiates from my lower back , glute and back of my leg.
I'm getting worried because sometimes my foot is numb!

I have numbness in my toes/foot.
I've lost some muscle function of my calf!
I've ignored the Pain too long, now it Hurts so BAD - Pain Killers don't help!
