We're not born with Back Pain...It's something we did, or we're doing!
This is especially true when it comes to your back. Our skeletal frame is a collection of bones balancing a round skull on top of the stack. Our tendons, ligaments, fascia and muscles keep everything in place and allow us to move in nearly unlimited directions.

They also enable us to adapt to unique types of
repetitive stress; like the legendary wheel pushed by Conan the Barbarian; when you do the same activity over and over, good or bad, your body becomes stronger and more adapted to that activity.

This is an AMAZING adaptive response! It’s also a common cause of muscle imbalances which will inevitably result in spinal pain. So how do you enjoy your favorite activities AND maintain proper muscle balance? By using this Lifestyle Modification Program.

This program is loaded with pages filled with pictures of some of the most common repetitive activities. These activities OVER-STIMULATE  the muscles and we’ve provided instructions for the stretches and exercises to perform regularly in order to keep your body in balance.

It’s important to understand how repetitive muscle activity can cause problems. In the image on the left you see a high flagpole supported by guy wires. Next to it is a spine and skull. It is supported by muscles in the same way as the cables support the pole.

If you over-tighten one of the support cables the tall pole becomes unstable in high winds. In the same way, your spine becomes unstable when certain muscles are overworked, becoming stronger, while others are unused and weak.

Simple, daily activities like sitting can create these kind of imbalances.

The picture below illustrates poor posture -vs- proper posture. Ask yourself these questions.
  1. Which muscles do you think are over-stretched in the picture on the left?
  2. How is her body adapting to hours of sitting like this?
  3. How will this habit of sitting affect her posture when she stands?

As you read this post, consider the questions above.

With careful design you CAN do the things you love AND maintain your spine in proper balance. Simply follow the recommended stretches and exercises outlined in the Sciatic Relief System.

If you're currently struggling with pain, our Photon Therapy  can reduce the agony with the first treatment.   Read the testimonials and see for yourself.

It won’t be easy and it won’t be quick.      But it WILL work!
